(Level 2) The word Hitofude is Japanese, and it means Single Stroke, referring to the fact that this sweater is constructed in the most unconventional way possible — made from just one thread! And when you are finished, all you'll need to do is sew in the beginning and ending threads. No seaming is necessary... and Sheilah’s sweater needed just a bit of finishing to complete. As a bonus, Sheilah will also provide a pattern for a matching Hitofude hat and sock. OR, get help with any unfinished Sheilah project.
